Music Together^®Ⓡ Vashon Terms and Conditions
No refunds after the first day of class. Refunds are paid by check only, and are subject
to a $10 administrative fee, if the customer withdraws before the first day of class. This
fee is waived if the director cancels the class. Customers cannot receive materials
(songbook & access code) until tuition is paid. Make-up classes may be taken in
advance, however they cannot be rolled over into a future session. Prorated tuition rate
for late registration is determined at Director's discretion. No materials or pro-rating are
available when only two classes remain in the session, but drop-ins are available at
Director's discretion. Materials cannot be waived for a discounted tuition; all paid
families receive materials even if they have a set from a previous enrollment. In the
event of inclement weather or other cancellation, every effort will be made to schedule a
make-up class.

Adult caregivers are limited to 2 per family, families must have Directors prior approval to bring
any additional adults or non-registered siblings to class.

Covid-19 Specific: Families attending in-person classes must adhere to Covid-19 safety
guidelines, whether class is inside or outside. Music Together Vashon requires all adults in
attendance to be fully vaccinated, and must provide proof of vaccination at attendance of first
class. Masks are optional.

By enrolling in a Music Together class at Music Together Vashon, a licensed Music Together center, you agree that the contact information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide (MTW).
